Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction technique that allows the body to naturally heal itself. It is administered by gentle touch and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
During a Reiki session, I'm a conduit for "life force energy" which flows from my hands to the client. Using gentle touch, I place my hands on or near the client's body in a series of hand positions. The whole session usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Reiki heals the physical body, the mind, emotions, and spirit by creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and the feeling of peace, security and wellbeing.

Spiritual & Intuitive HealingsDuring Spiritual Healings, I channel energy from the Divine to assist in bringing the client a healing. The power of prayer and a deep meditative state allows me to be a conduit for Source Energy. I utilize my intuitive senses during Intuitive Healings to locate and correct imbalances in the energy flow within the body allowing the energy flow to be cleared of any blockages.

Chakra BalancingWe have seven main energy centers within the human body called Chakras and when one of these energy centers are blocked or closed, we experience physical, mental, emotional and spiritual ailments and disease. During a Soul Retrieval Session, I go into an altered state to enter the Spirit Realm to find a client's soul fragment. Once I reach the soul fragment, I am able to find out why it separated, work on resolving the issue and integrate the fragment back into the soul of my client.
Soul RetrievalsHealing on a deeper level than Reiki, Shamanic Healings work on all levels of being: mind, body and soul. Drums, rattles, ritual and intentions aid in the healing of a client. I often use Shamanic Healing in conjunction with Reiki if the healing requires it.
Shamanic JourneysWith the help of drumming, I'm able to bring clients and myself into a trance like state to reach the Spirit Realm. During a journey we set an intention for the purpose of our visit. Intentions can be as simple as meeting a spirit guide or more complexed like healing our child self from trauma.

Shamanic Drumming CirclesPractitioners and others in the community gather together for a shared intention to drum for healing, learning and/or spiritual guidance.

How can Healings be done over Zoom?
During a distance healing, the healing energy is "sent" across time and space and is "received" and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present to receive the healing. The healing is equally effective as an in-person healing because I work with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual by accessing the individual’s energy body. The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present. In reality the energy does not "travel" anywhere. It is simply "sent" and received" by intention alone and is instantly "transmitted".
Prayer is the simplest form of distance healing, and it has been demonstrated that prayer is effective in facilitating healing.
Psychic and Mediumship readings work the same way. They too can be done at a distance because I tune into the client's energy body and/or their Angels, Spirit Guides, and Loves Ones to receive messages and guidance.
