Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that promotes the body’s ability to heal itself naturally. It is practiced through gentle touch, based on the belief that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us, which is essential for life. When this "life force energy" is low, we are more susceptible to illness and stress; when it is high, we are more likely to experience happiness and health.

During a Reiki session, I act as a conduit for this "life force energy," which flows from my hands to the client. Using a series of hand positions, I gently place my hands on or near the client’s body. A typical session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Reiki promotes healing for the physical body, mind, emotions, and spirit by fostering relaxation and inducing feelings of peace, security, and well-being.

It's important to note that Reiki works alongside conventional medical or psychological treatments. If someone has a medical or psychological condition, it is advisable to consult a licensed healthcare professional in addition to receiving Reiki treatments. Reiki energy complements all forms of healing, including medication, surgery, psychological care, and other alternative therapies, and can enhance overall results.

Spiritual & Intuitive Healings

During spiritual healings, I channel energy from the Divine to facilitate the client's healing process. The power of prayer, combined with a deep meditative state, enables me to serve as a conduit for Source Energy. In my intuitive healings, I use my intuitive senses to identify and correct imbalances in the body's energy flow, allowing for the removal of any blockages.​

Chakra Balancing

The human body has seven main energy centers known as chakras. When one of these energy centers becomes blocked or closed, it can lead to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues or ailments. Reiki can help to unblock these chakras, promoting balance and greatly improving your overall well-being.​

Aura Cleansing & Realignment

The energy field that surrounds our bodies is known as the aura. Our auras function like magnets, attracting both positive and negative energy from the visible and invisible world around us. This can significantly impact our health and well-being, making it essential to cleanse our auras regularly. Cleansing and realigning your aura helps eliminate debris and attachments, as well as any absorbed or internal energy blocks that may be affecting your health.​

Animal Healing Sessions

Our animal friends are truly remarkable; they always strive to communicate and share their experiences with us. They consistently express their feelings, preferences, and discomforts, especially when they are not feeling well. In collaboration with your veterinarian, I offer Reiki Healing Sessions for your beloved companion when they need some extra care.​

Shamanic Healings

Shamanic Healing operates on a deeper level than Reiki, addressing all aspects of a person's being: mind, body, and soul. This form of healing utilizes tools such as drums, rattles, rituals, and focused intentions to support the healing process. I frequently combine Shamanic Healing with Reiki when necessary to enhance the effectiveness of the healing experience.​

Soul Retrievals

In a Soul Retrieval Session, I enter an altered state to access the Spirit Realm and locate a client’s soul fragment. Once I find the soul fragment, I discover the reasons for its separation, work on resolving the underlying issues, and then integrate the fragment back into the client’s soul.​

Shamanic Journeys

Through the use of drumming, I can guide both my clients and myself into a trance-like state that allows us to access the Spirit Realm. During these journeys, we set an intention for our visit. Intentions can range from simple goals, like meeting a spirit guide, to more complex ones, such as healing our inner child from trauma.​

Shamanic Drumming Circles

Community members and practitioners come together to drum for healing, learning, and spiritual guidance.​

How can Healings be done over Zoom?

During distance healing, healing energy is "sent" across time and space and is "received," resulting in a healing effect for the recipient. This type of healing does not require physical presence; it is as effective as in-person sessions because it addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual by accessing their energy body. The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time. In reality, the energy does not "travel" anywhere; it is simply "sent" and "received" by intention alone and is instantly "transmitted."

Prayer is the simplest form of distance healing, and studies have shown that it is effective in facilitating healing.

Psychic and mediumship readings work in the same way. They too can be conducted at a distance, as I tune into the client's energy body and/or connect with their Angels, Spirit Guides, and Loved Ones to receive messages and guidance.
