Channeled Angel Message: Strength...

Today, I would like to share a powerful message from Spirit for a friend of mine. I thought it was such a quick but impactful message.

"Strength is within. It is not the ability to control your human life.Strength comes from the stillness and going with the flow of what is around you. 
When you go against the truth that you feel in your heart, it all becomes quite chaotic like a tornado. 
Remember to come back to your calm place within, and then live life by going with the flow of things that come to you. 
Trust that the Universe and the Divine has your back. 
Be still, be calm and let go of your need for control. 
As you start to realize these things, you will start to realize that your life becomes much less chaotic and you’re able to breath again."
