Boost Your Psychic Awareness: Herbal Teas

Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm a tea fanatic. I'm addicted to starting my day with a good chai tea. Yeah Yeah, I know... caffeine isn't the best thing for a Lightworker but I just can't help myself. It's my guilty pleasure. 

Several years ago, I decided to stop drinking coffee and replaced it with tea in an attempt to lower my caffeine intake, but I was desperately missing my beloved pumpkin spice coffee until I found the perfect pumpkin spice chai tea. I love it so much that I can easily drink a few cups a day without even blinking. Alright, I know what you're thinking but just hold that thought. 

Once again, I'm in need of a healthier alternative so I decided to cut back on my black tea intake (notice I said cut back, I just can't do it cold turkey I'm too weak). On my quest for delicious herbal teas, I came across herbs that are not only good for you but they also increase your psychic abilities. Way cool huh? As always, I like to share the wealth, so listed below you'll find some tea choices that I thought were worth sharing. Of course, there are many more out there to choose from but this should get you started on your journey. ​

Chamomile – not only is it full of antioxidants that's good for your skin, hair and overall health, but it also helps to relax the mind and allows for more receptivity during psychic work and meditaion. When making your herbal tea, do remember to use a teapot or a cup with a lid so that your tea is covered while it’s seeping. This way all of the good stuff remains in your brew. For maximum benefit, herbal tea should be brewed for at least 5-10 minutes.
